Young leaves of Wild Rocket Sylvetta (Diplotaxis erucoides) add a pleasant, pungent, nutty flavour to salads and cheese dishes. It is slower growing than Rocket Salad (Eruca sativa). Its leaves are half the size than Rocket Salad with more pungent flavour.
